Once you’ve completed the contact form, there’s a follow-up process in place to guide you along smoothly. Here's what will happen next:

  1. Email introduction: You will receive an email with additional information about Safetica and our DLP solutions. We’ll also ask you to provide us with information about your company so that we can understand your specific goals. This way, our demo call can tailored to your needs.
  2. Dedicated point of contact: You will be assigned a dedicated point of contact – a Channel Account Manager (CAM) or an Account Manager that will be there to assist you throughout the process.
  3. Multiple communication channels: We like to let clients choose a communication method that best suits their convenience and style. This could mean that before the actual demo call, we’ll be ironing out the details either by email, phone, or even through LinkedIn.
  4. Call duration: A demo call typically lasts between 30 minutes to 1 hour. It can vary based on the depth of discussion and the level of interaction during the call. Your representative will always have enough time for a comprehensive presentation and to thoroughly address your questions and concerns.

The demo call experience

This is what you can expect (and what not to expect) during the actual demo call:

  • Tailored experience: We don’t want to waste your time with a generic presentation (unless that’s what you ask for). The more of your priorities you share with us before or at the beginning of the demo call, the better we can customize it to focus on showcasing the features that directly address your data security concerns.
  • Interactivity during the demo call: While potential clients cannot directly interact with the software during the demo call, if you already have a free trial of our solutions, you can experience hands-on interaction while talking to us. If not, we still show you every important feature through a live video presentation.
  • Depth of coverage: We’ll give you a quick overview of our products first, but will mainly focus on demonstrating the features and functionalities of our products that are relevant to your company's specific needs. We don’t see the need to waste your precious time by repeating what you can read on our website on your own.
  • Opportunity for questions: You are encouraged to ask any questions that pop into your mind throughout the demo call. Feel free to engage in discussions to gain a thorough understanding of how Safetica can benefit your company, even if it means going over the same feature multiple times.
  • Demo call prerequisites: A little preparation goes a long way. While there are no technical prerequisites for scheduling a demo call with Safetica, it would be beneficial if you can do a bit of research on DLP solutions and consider what information you need to move forward. This will allow for a more effective and focused discussion during the demo call.

What happens after the demo call?  

After the demo call, you can expect a follow-up email from us. The content of this email depends on what you discussed with your CAM or Account Manager during the demo. It could be anything from pricing information and additional resources to scheduling another session.

We’ll be talking to you about integrating Safetica's solutions into your existing systems and workflows on the demo call to disperse any uncertainties.
