Various environments request different security levels.

Each environment demands its own security level. Set the computer security level exactly according to your needs. More demanding clients will appreciate the possibility to select the security methods and levels of thoroughness of data removal. If you do not want to occupy yourself with detailed settings, Safetica will select it for you. You will set the security profile at the first start up of Safetica.

Security profiles:

• Basic - it is allowed to enter medium secure passwords, automatic setup of fast and secure method of data protection, data shredding in 3 cycles (number of overwriting of the disk area with the deleted file). 
• Safe - strong password required, AES cipher pre-set (new encryption standard), data shredding in 7 cycles, password storage forbidden. 
• Paranoid - password storage forbidden, data shredding in 35 cycles (Gutmann standard for the USA Ministry of Defence), the most secure cipher Serpent is used, periodical and frequent password change enforced. 
• Personal - profile for advanced users, option to set up the level of data shredding, selecting from 9 top-quality security algorithms and other settings.
