The owner and registered keeper of www.safetica.com website and/or other domains www.safetica.cz, www.safetica.pl, www.safetica.vn and others is Safetica Technologies with the seat at the address: Bořivojova 878/35, 13000 Prague, Czech Republic; Company Registration Number: 25848666, Tax Identification Number: CZ25848666 (further also Safetica Technologies) that is in accordance with the law no. 121/2000 of Coll., the Law of Copyright entitled to execute rights in property to these Internet sites (further only "Registered Keeper").

The copyright law to the whole content is the property of the Registered Keeper. The Registered Keeper locates the whole content on the site www.safetica.com and its other lingual versions, including text, design of sites, technical drafts, graphics, all illustrations on these sites as well as selection and the method of organization of files contained on this site.

Collection of Personal Data and Its Usage

Access on www.safetica.com website might be, from the side of the Registered Keeper, conditioned by providing some personal data of the User in accordance with the Law No. 101/2000 of Coll. on Personal Data Protection and respectively other laws as amended. In such case the Registered Keeper will dispose of this data in accordance with valid legal regulations.

The User, by providing the stated personal data, agrees thereby that the data provided in the range of this agreement, that is identification and mailing data dealing with the person of User, is processed by the Registered Keeper in the capacity of Administrator for purposes of offering the administrator's services and products, sending information on administrator's work for a time period of 5 years. By processing personal data stated above, the administrator can delegate a third party in the capacity of a processor. Hereby, the administrator informs the subject of data and provides him/her with expressed advice on rights coming from the Law no. 101/2000 of Coll., on Personal Data Protection, i.e. especially thereof that providing personal data to the administrator is voluntary, that the subject of the data has a right to its access, a right whenever to disclaim the agreement and furthermore a right, in the case of breach of law, to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection and require corresponding remedy that is for example the administrator's forbearance, elimination of the created state, giving apology, execution of repair or amendment, blocking, disposal of personal data, payment of financial compensation as well as utilization of other rights coming from §§ 11 and 21 of this Law.

The Registered Keeper reserves the right to use or disclose any data that is needed for the compliance of legal regulations, for the protection of network integrity, for the compliance of the User's requirement or at judicial enquiry and investigation in the public interest.
